Personal Work

What happens when you walk into a café and pause for a moment at a stranger’s table? A glance, a small gesture, a moment, and suddenly you find yourself immersed in someone else’s world.
This portrait series captures exactly that: three individuals, all in the same space, each with their own unique atmosphere.
I care deeply about portraying people as individual characters. I focus on the small, often subtle details: How does someone hold their hands? Where does their gaze drift? What mood is carried in their posture?
And for me, it’s essential that the drawing feels alive, not smoothed over or generic. When a real person becomes tangible between the lines and colors, when a story starts to resonate, that’s when an illustration feels true and meaningful to me.
